"I created these Black hair art pieces as a tribute to the beauty, versatility, and power of Black women. Our hair is more than just strands—it’s a symbol of identity, culture, and resilience. I wanted to craft something that not only uplifts but also deeply connects with Black women, reminding them to take pride in the way their hair naturally grows and the many ways they choose to style it. Whether in curls, braids, locs, or afros, every texture and look tells a story of strength, history, and self-expression.
