I placed an order from based on an advertisement for a "buy one, get one free" canvas print promotion. I only received one item, not the free second item that was advertised. When I contacted their AI customer service to report the issue, I was told I had misunderstood the promotion. When I asked for a refund instead, I was told they don't offer refunds or store credit under any circumstances. If you're considering ordering from this company, read the fine print carefully and confirm exactly what's included before you pay their advertised deals may not mean what you think. Because of this experience, I won't be ordering from them again.
